Qualified candidates will undergo a management development program, and may be designated as Branch Head or Unit Head, with primary responsibilities of sales management and recruitment. Experienced employees, professionals, or businessmen are encouraged to apply for the Insurance Sales Manager role.  Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 2 sales Managerial experience
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree, in any field.
  • Graduates of Business Management, Banking Finance, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Financial Accounting, and Engineering.
  • Must be skilled in Recruitment, Management Sales Marketing, Finance
  • Must be willing to comply and attend all free mandatory trainings to meet the service standards

  PREFERRED CANDIDATES 

  • Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - (Insurance, Banking, Investment, Trust, etc) or equivalent.
  • Corporate Sales Officers / District Sales Managers / Territory Sales Managers from Banking, Remittance, Investment, Airline, Telecommunications or the Pharmaceutical Industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Bank Managers or Bancassure Area Heads have a definite advantage and will be considered for the Branch Manager / Branch Head role.
  • Medical representatives, stock brokers, real estate brokers, car sales representatives, distribution managers, HR/recruitment managers, flight attendants, and businessmen/entrepreneurs are also welcome to apply.

  • Lead and monitor insurance solutions partners under the team
  •  Meet the KPIs specified by the, including production, recruitment, and persistency.

·       Prepaid forwarding of e-vouchers to the registered accounts

·       Comprehensive inquiry assistance via chat platform, email, calls

·       Comprehensive application submission to the HMO partner

·       Comprehensive SOA approval monitoring

·       Comprehensive forwarding of SOA to clients

·       Comprehensive payment monitoring and OR issuance

·       Comprehensive comparison for the maximum plans x life

·       Assist clients in securing their LOA, web access issues and general benefit inquiries

LIFE CASES

·       Provide basic quote using excel / web tool
